Call-Capture Form
The Call-capture form is a special mode of the Review Form module. The call-capture interface allows you to log a client's incoming call and schedule the return follow-up calls. As with the Review Form, all issues reported by the client can be captured and tracked through completion.
Some of the key features / benefits of this module are:
- Create new client contacts, and record their addresses and have an iPlan login set up for them.
- Set up client access rights to the Planner and Analyser modules.
- Allow clients to be assigned to work on project tasks or issues.
- Categorize the various mechanisms that the client can report issues.
- Allow registration of a new call with a unique call ID.
- Log incoming calls that you received from your client and record the priority/severity of their problem.
- Track all related calls and even schedule your return calls along with an agenda for each call.
- Capture issues reported by the client. (These issues cannot be deleted or modified.)
- Allow further information and new issues to be captured against an existing call.
- Attach HyperPad notes to each review comment from the client to document detailed problem description.
- Attach any WindowsTM documents, drawings, email, and screen-shots sent by the client to the defect.
