iPlan utilizer
The utilizer module provides you with multi-pivot interface wherein you can compare the utilization of resources for a given period. The interface provides the utilization factor based on the allotment date, release date, and maximum percentage of work permitted on a project.

• Pivot to understand the resource utilization by department, designation, skill, domain, client, client company, location, etc.
• Summarize the data at different levels based on the levels of items you pivot.

Reports & Graphs
Each module of iPlan has its own set of reports and graphs. There are two broad categorization of reports and graphs – those for a specific project, resource, staffing, etc. or those across the organization. For each report or graph format available, you can choose the column to be considered and set infinite filters to pick up the data of interest.

• Tag critical filters to list them as part of the quick filters. The filters tagged by the Admin login will appear for everyone.
• Generate reports in HTML, PDF, and RTF formats.
