iPlan Staffer  
The Staffer module helps an organization utilize its resource pool optimally. Resource allocation and release from projects can be controlled from a central point. Resource allocation metrics help the division head move resources based on cost, billing status, capability, etc., across projects so as to optimize the returns on the manpower invested. Searching/filtering can be done on all aspects of the individual's profile.
