This program focuses on the process overview of each phase of the project. This is a highly accelerated program that allows senior managers to review their prior experience in the context of the process orientation required. Prior project management experience is a prerequisite for this program.

Project Management Process: (4 Days)
This program focuses on each of the knowledge areas of project management. Time will be devoted to building skills in the context of your project work. Participants from each of the teams are required to bring in live project data, to be used for the exercises. Maximum value can be got when a project manager/leader is accompanied by at least two members of his/her team. This program has no prerequisite.

Project Management Professional Certification: (4½ Days)
This program focuses on the inputs, outputs, tools and techniques of each of the knowledge areas of project management as specified by PMI, USA. These sessions will focus on definitions and problem solving from the perspective of PMI’s certification exam. A sample test at the end of the program will be conducted to give the participants a fair idea of their strengths and weaknesses. Special tips on answering questions will be shared during the program. This program is a must for anyone who has chosen project management as his or her career. This program has no prerequisite.

Project Management Tools & Techniques: (1 Day)
This program focuses on helping you practice the most commonly used tools and techniques learnt in PM-101, PM-201, and PM-301. Participants may bring the project management software used in your company. This tool will be used for the practical exercises. Hands-on sessions will also include using enterprise project management and decision making tools. This program requires familiarity with the PM software used in your organization and exposure to any one of the following capsules - PM-101, PM-201, and PM-301.

Package PM 601
Practical Project Management: (4 Days)
This program focuses on the process steps of project management. Each session will be followed by a facilitated session where participants will work on any real on-going project of their choice in an accelerated manner. A minimum of four members from each project team must attend the program together. Prior project leadership / management experience is a prerequisite for this program.
